this might help ya get crackin'. i went to an asifa-sf lecture last night featuring david andrews . He had some killer words of wisdom regarding character animation (which I plan to post notes soon)... but I did find this recent interview he did recently for XSI.you are such an inspiration mel... keep up the amazing work!
This is a great blog. I have to say. Keep posting more please!
I know the feeling. Tying yourself down to a single idea is tough...I always just wanna sketch random stuff myself, because it doesn't feel like work. Just put on your favourite animated film, turn on the commentary track, and work to that!
The best way to get back in the groove is by drawing random heads. Nice work.
Been busy lately, haven't stop by here for a while, great new works and drawings!! Love your creatures and monsters!!
Should he give away his brilliant inside information, drawn from the Hints and Helps book, and be rivalled in the glory ofhis manners and bearing? Why should he not pass on alone, perfectlycomposed, and reap the field of glory unsupported? His knees gave wayand he sat down dicke gratis titte without intending it.
Lost your Groove???!!Come on man....I would never believe that!:)
