Mel=bestest. This made me laugh pretty hard. As I was waiting the 1.5 seconds it took to display this image I read the title and thought that there was no way this would be a McDonalds post. I was wrong. Dang funny my friend.
I don't know why they haven't gone "cartoon clown" on the Ronald thing over at McDonald's. Pictures of a dude in that red and yellow clown suit are unsettling at best. Submit this to them, and if someone there is smart, you'll keep getting richer while the world gets fatter. This is great... you should totally add color. Nice character adaptation, Mel... very nice indeed.
I really like the expression on his face as well as his gesture. I agree that you should slap some color on, as I think the offset reds and yellows would really look great on your drawing.

I did a sketch of him while a coworker and I were at mcdonals ( i was havin a happy meal so I could finally afford that hummer..) and i was lookin for it to post and couldnt find it so that nite I thought I wanted to pose him up and make him a lil stylized since I couldnt find the one I did.
The story wouldve been coooler for me to say its side work and I made money off it .... one day I hope to get good enough ...sigh
Sometimes you see illustrators whose work makes your stomach tighten and twirl, and make you wish there were more hours in the day to get drawn all you want to draw.
