I stink at hand-drawing... by which I mean the drawing OF hands and not drawing WITH hands. Great sketches, man. Good to see more stuff from you. You're amazing, sir.

These are some great hand sketches. I find cartoon hands so difficult, which is odd since I'm ok with drawing real ones.

Fett's lookin' dangerous! And those hands are incredible. I need to do more of that. Love the bird too, he's funny-- doesn't like to get wet I see. Thanks for the inspiration Mel. You're the best!

Man, you draw hands so well! That's a considerable weak point with me. For some reason, I can never get my hands right, and I have to struggle to make them make some kind of sense.

Great Buba Fet drawing by the way!

Hey Mel,

I have to say I have so much respect for you. The consistency of your posts is inspiring, I only hope to get to that point where even if I feel discouraged or bogged down I can still draw. Keep up your amazing drawings man, truly an inspiration.

I think my overall opposition to fingers is the thumb. (bad joke, I know)

These hands are great. I like the more squared fingers than the rounded ones. When I draw rounded fingers they usually just come off as sausages.

I particularly like the six fingered hand. I totally looked over it the first time. I didn't even notice.
